r77 game Terms and Conditions

1 General Introduction and Applicability

r77 game is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, casino games, slots, and live casino services to Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between r77 game and all users of its services.

It is each user's responsibility to read, understand, and accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the site. r77 game reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time, and changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account and use any service on r77 game, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Access to this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that online gaming is legally permitted for you in your area.

2.2 Registration Information

Providing accurate and truthful information during account registration is mandatory. An account opened with incorrect or false information may be suspended or closed at any time, and the associated balance may be forfeited. Each person may hold only one account — opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

2.3 Account Verification

r77 game reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and payment information at any time. If documents are requested for verification, they must be submitted within the specified time. r77 game reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. r77 game will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from negligence in protecting account security.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Funds can currently be deposited into your r77 game account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. When making a deposit, ensure you use the correct amount and reference details; r77 game will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request. However, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if an account verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals made from third-party accounts may be considered fraudulent and may result in account closure.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

r77 game offers various promotional offers from time to time, such as a weekend reload bonus (50%, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x), a slots festival bonus (30%, up to ৳3,000, wagering 25x), and a cricket season special offer (40%, up to ৳4,000, wagering 18x). Each offer has its own terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is published.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each offer may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are not direct cash — they cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been completed.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the account may be suspended.
• r77 game reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6 Gaming Conduct and Fair Use

All decisions relating to bets and games on the r77 game platform are final. r77 game reserves the right to reclaim any bets incorrectly paid out or bonuses incorrectly awarded due to a technical error. Users may not place bets using any automated software, bots, or manipulation methods. If suspicious activity is detected, the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

We encourage responsible gaming. Reading our Responsible Gaming Guide will help you understand how to set a budget, recognise your limits, and seek help if needed.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus benefits or coordinated manipulation (arbitrage betting).
• Using third-party payments or credit.
• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack them.
• Spreading false information about other users or harassing them.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken where applicable.
